Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders exceeding ₹349/- within India. For prepaid orders below ₹349, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be added. However, orders above ₹349 with prepaid payment will not incur any shipping charges. Please note that the cart value for the above criteria will be calculated after applying any discounts or coupons.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders. For orders below ₹349 with COD, an additional fee of ₹69 will apply. But for orders above ₹349, COD is complimentary.

Kindly allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. During festivals and lockdowns, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Please be aware that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require an additional day or more for delivery.

International Shipping:

At present, we do not accept international orders. For inquiries from locations outside India, please email us your requirements at help@naturish.in. We will promptly respond and strive to fulfill your needs.

General Scenario: If you send a cancellation request via email, and your order has already been “processed” by us, regrettably, it cannot be cancelled. Naturish Proprietor (Naturish.in) reserves the right to determine whether an order can be canceled. Additionally, customers agree not to dispute Naturish (Naturish.in) decision and accept it regarding cancellations.

Cancellation of Order by Naturish Proprietor (Naturish.in): Naturish Proprietor (Naturish.in) retains the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. If such a situation arises, 100% of the payment will be refunded, and the User will be promptly notified. If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a User’s mistake (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address, recipient unavailable, or related issues), any additional costs incurred by Naturish Proprietor (Naturish.in) for re-delivery will be claimed from the User.

COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Coupons have a limited validity period, and Naturish Proprietor reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.
• The coupon offer will only be valid once applied to the eligible item.
• Coupons can only be used on www.naturish.in, in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.naturish.in. They are not valid for products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
• Each customer can use only one coupon per purchase.
• If you return any items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be deducted from the refund.
• Standard shipping and handling charges apply to all products, as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.
• Offers are subject to availability.
• Void where prohibited.
• Naturish Proprietor is not responsible for any taxes associated with coupon distribution or use.
• Customers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to coupon use.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
