Return Policy: Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

At Naturish, we go to great lengths to ensure that the products you receive are in perfect condition. However, there may be rare instances where:

  1. Damage During Transit: The item is damaged during the shipping process.
  2. Manufacturing Defect: A manufacturing defect is identified.
  3. Incorrect Item Delivered: You receive the wrong item in your order.

 

In such specific cases as outlined above, we are fully committed to either replacing the item at no additional cost or providing a full refund. To be eligible for a replacement or return, please ensure that you submit your request within 5 days of receiving your package. We regret that we cannot accept returns or replacements once the order has been processed unless the reasons mentioned above apply.

To initiate a refund or replacement, please send an email to help@naturish.in with your Order Number and the Reason for Replacement/Refund. It’s essential to include an image of the product, clearly displaying the batch number, and the invoice for our reference. Please do not send any items back to us for return or replacement without receiving our prior confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request. We will proceed with the refund or replacement only when the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

For product refunds, once your request is authorized, the refund will be processed within 5-7 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that product replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable and you have already made a payment, we will refund the full amount to you.

Naturish will only accept unopened products for return. Any product returned with a broken seal, signs of mishandling, damaged or torn packaging, missing labels, or instructions will not be eligible for returns and will be returned to the buyer. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging do not qualify for refunds or returns. If a product arrives damaged, please contact Naturish immediately and provide detailed information about the shipment, including an email with the relevant shipping details.

Refund Process:

For returns, replacements, or refunds, we initiate the refund within 5-7 days from the date of receiving and verifying the products at our warehouse.

  • For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date we receive the products. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount using the billing details you provided. This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date we receive the products and your bank details via email. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Changes to the Return Policy:

We regularly review our Return Policy to ensure its accuracy and relevance. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
